We carefully package each item to ensure that they arrive to you in great condition. Should your item arrive damaged in any way, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item so that we can find a solution. Please provide photos.

Please order in enough time to account for shipping if you have an event. Tobacco Road Media will make every effort to ship on the date promised but cannot be held responsible for delays on behalf of the USPS. Though a delay is rare, even priority mail shipping can sometimes take 3-5 days.
