Carolina Insider Podcast

The Carolina Insider podcast began on Sept. 20, 2016. The first guest appeared in Episode #2--some former football coach named Mack Brown. Since then, the Pod, which is hosted by Jones Angell and Adam Lucas, has originated from numerous exotic locales, including John Montgomery's office, a hotel room in Las Vegas, directly next to some urinals in the Smith Center basement, and now, from luxurious Pod World Headquarters.

Since those humble beginnings in which our main question was, "What is a podcast?" we've recorded almost 500 episodes. We've been fortunate that hundreds of guests from across the Carolina spectrum--current student-athletes to former stars to Cooter to John Grisham--have joined us for fun conversations about the Tar Heels. Even better, millions of you have downloaded the show and joined with us in discussing the great, the heartbreaking and the unjustifiable of Carolina athletics over the last nearly seven years.
